ING is seeking Structured Finance Officer (x)

We are looking for candidates for the following position:

Structured Finance Officer

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the execution of facility and security agency activities in syndicated finance and club transactions, in close cooperation with the respective structured finance units of the ING international network. Responsibility for administration matters in syndicated loan agency.

Requirements:

• College / university degree;
• At least 2 years experience in (syndicated) loan administration/structured finance; knowledge of domestic and international settlement issues and payment techniques is advantageous;
• Basic understanding of structured financing;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• MS Excel knowledge;
• Problem solving, good communication skills, customer orientation.
