Retail Subsidiary (Senior) Manager
Requirements:
- Excellent academic background - Bachelor or Masters Degree in Management, Finance or Economics
- 5-8 years of consulting or commercial banking experience
- English proficiency is a must, fluency in Russian is considered as an advantage
- Thorough understanding of commercial banking as a whole, including controlling, risk management, operations and business issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presentations, including the ability of explaining complex subjects in a clear manner
- Demonstrated management skills, ability to lead project team
- Flexible, dynamic work-style
- Willingness to travel extensively
