Transaction Manager - real estate devedlopement firm (x)

Dynamically growing, leading real estate development firm is looking for a transaction manager for its activities currently expanding in Central-Eastern Europe. The future colleague will be responsible for coordinating the due diligence process in real estate related transactions, for supervising the work of legal and/or financial advisors employed, for the preparation and presentation of any due diligence reports or summaries to the decision makers, and also for remedying possible due diligence findings.
What we require:

• university or college degree in a relevant field (legal/financial/economic),
• at least 3 years of professional experience in corporate finance or transaction services,
• excellent knowledge of English - both verbally and in writing - is a must,
• good communication and presentation skills,
• strong and up-to-date PC skills (MS-Office),
• ability to work effectively both individually and within a team,
• ability to remain extremely precise under tight deadlines,
• ability to travel in the region frequently for short periods,
• experience with real estate related transactions is an advantage.
