In 2024, we encountered both extremely high and extremely low wholesale electricity prices, and by the beginning of 2025, gas prices had reached a one-and-a-half-year peak, so there is plenty to discuss regarding the outlook, key drivers, and how companies should plan and implement their energy procurement strategies amid such market volatility. In the first session, we will explore questions such as what businesses should prepare for this year regarding electricity and gas prices, the patterns the further expansion of solar power plants could bring to the electricity market, which advantages and challenges come with fixed, variable, and PPA-type energy procurement contracts, and what transformations energy traders anticipate in the market.
