Vladimir Jaro

Mr. Jaros has been with Wood & Company since 1994. In 1997 he took on the responsibilities for building up and managing the firm's corporate finance business, starting with transactions in the telecoms, banking, construction and utilities sectors. Previously he was responsible for the development and coordination of all regional research activities of Wood & Co. Mr. Jaros also has in-depth knowledge of the region's capital markets and their legislative framework. Before joining Wood & Co., he was employed at ®ivnostenská banka as an analyst on the corporate finance team.
