See Lian Ong FRICS

See Lian has more than 35 years of working experience in the public and private sectors of the construction industry. He is currently an Executive Director of Davis Langdon & Seah (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a member of Davis Langdon & Seah International. A Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK (RICS) and the Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (ISM), See Lian is also a Registered Quantity Surveyor with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia and sits as a Member of the Board. In addition, See Lian is an Accredited Mediator with the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB), and has handled mediation and arbitration cases and also provided expert witness services.
See Lian is the current RICS Global President-Elect for 2010-2011 session as well as the Immediate Past Chairman of RICS Asia Board. As a Past Chairman of the Pacific Association of Quantity
Surveyors (PAQS) and Past President of ISM, See Lian is a much sought after speaker at various conferences both locally and internationally.
