Milan Glavaski

Milan is senior technology leader with broad experience as a CIO, CTO, enterprise architect and governance leader in multiple industries. In his current role he leads IT function for Affidea, the largest private healthcare services business in Europe. He manages digital strategy, enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure and key enterprise applications for 7000+ employee organization delivering in 245 advanced diagnostic imaging centers in Europe. As a senior IT leader in past fifteen years Milan has gained experience by managing IT applications and infrastructure services in large industrial businesses such as Siemens and GE, financial services acquirer business Euronet Worldwide and multi-functional shared services. He is awarded enterprise IT architect with Cisco Global Innovation award for internal cloud and process expert with significant speaking experience and engagement where he demonstrates how multiple industry frameworks apply in practice, including Lean Statrup, Agile, TOGAF and ITIL.
