He is helping leading organizations across the region to amplify the innovation levels of those companies by creating great work experiences, that improve the wellbeing of employees and ultimately drive up engagement. With this approach he and his team doubled the revenue for Central Europe in the past 4-5 years and now is responsible for the growth portfolios of Steelcase in a larger territory, called Growth markets.
