Günther Artner CFA

Mr. Günther Artner is Co-Head of CEE Equity Research at Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG. Erste Bank has research coverage of more than 80 companies in the core markets of Central and Eastern Europe with the headquarter in Vienna. Mr. Artner has been working with Erste Bank since June 2000 as equity analyst, since October 2000 as head of the Austrian equity research and since January 2004 as Co-Head of the whole CEE equity research operations. In addition, he is sector analyst for listed real estate stocks. Before joining Erste Bank Mr. Artner worked for CA-IB Investment Bank (1996-2000), a unit of the BA-CA group, in the field of corporate finance and M&A advisory. Mr. Artner graduated from the Vienna University of Business Administration and Economics in 1996 and has acquired the CFA charter in 1999.
