François Bourgeois, 55, is an operational general manager specialized in international B2B Services, data and intermediation models. He has an 20+ year practice in disrupted environments and digital transformation in Europe.
He heads Euler Hermes Rating GmbH, an ESMA-registered Credit Rating Agency owned by Euler Hermes, a full subsidiary of Allianz, and Moody’s Investors Service. Under his management, the Agency is bringing to market a wide range of credit risk assessment solutions, dedicated to Corporates, Projects and Structured Finance operations. It also deploys an innovative offering of credit risk assessment for SMEs and MidCaps in Europe, based on unique data, digital deliveries and dedicated methodologies developed in collaboration with Moody’s Investors Service. This new offering, called TRIBRating, is currently available in 4 markets and expanding in Europe.
Prior to this position, François successfully achieved several international corporate transformation projects, including the European launch of a B2B digital market place, the turnaround of a leading professional publisher and the digitalization of the leading prepaid “meal voucher” in France.
He holds an MBA (Insead) and a Bachelor Degree in Economics (University of Louvain).
