Darvas Gergely

Mr. Darvas established his first advisory company in 1992 focusing on business plan writing, later he joined to a commercial real estate investment company as a division leader. In 1999 he was invited to join two companies: Aromax Inc., a natural healthcare business and ComGenex Inc, a leading biotechnology corporation in CEU, his main responsibility was business development, acting as Board Member until the early 2006 trade sale of ComGenex. During this period ComGenex doubled its size both in employees and in revenue. He was a co-founder of ComGenex's spin-off, Thales Nanotehcnology, where he acts as COO since 2004. Thalesnano won last year the American R&D 100 Magazine's Innovation Oscar prize and the 2005 Hungarian Industrial Innovation prize. He holds Professional Management Diploma from Milton Keys, UK.
