Blum Jürgen

Jürgen Blum is shareholder and managing director of the Munich based “Terrafinanz”, a real estate developing company, founded in 1961.
The Terrafinanz Group started in Budapest the first developments already in 1991. In 1995 Terrafinanz started the Terrapark project in Budaörs on a 16 ha site. In Terrapark there are more than 70.000 sqm of actually completed office space and around 250 condominiums. Another 80.000 sqm of office space will be built there in the future. In Budapest Terrafinanz has developed the Margit Palace office building in the 2nd district and is currently developing in a joint venture with Codic the office building Krisztina Palace in the 12th district, which has recently been sold to the Union Investment Fond “Uniimmo Global”.
