Melinda Topolcsik obtained an economics, then a law degree at the University of Pécs. During her studies, she also completed the corporate management program of the Cranfield School of Management. She started her career at CIBA Vision as a finance intern, then became a finance associate at Lufthansa Technik. After that, she worked for more than ten years at PCC AFT Europe Ltd., where she first performed controller tasks. From 2009, she continued her career as the company’s managing director. From 2012, she held the position of managing director in the forging plant of the Alcoa group of companies in Eger. Since 2017, she has been the managing director of Bridgestone Tatabánya Manufacturing Ltd., she is responsible for the efficient work of nearly 1,300 colleagues. Under her leadership, many new production technologies were introduced, and the factory became one of the most diversified and flexible plants of the company group.
