In 2004, he graduated as a mechanical engineer and simultaneously started his career in the automotive industry in the field of quality management, in which he has been active ever since. He held an engineering position in a Tier 1 supplier environment until 2008. Then, for almost 10 years, he was the quality manager of a Tier 2 company, also in the automotive industry. Here, under his guidance, a quality management system meeting the requirements of ISO9001 was built, which was later further developed in accordance with the then-known ISO/TS 16949 requirements. After that, he continued his career as one of the founding members of the newly opened Jaguar Land Rover office in Hungary, where he has been supporting the development of the local supply chain and the introduction of new products in the position of STA (Supplier Technical Assistance) manager ever since.
