Dr. László Morsányi FRICS

Dr. László Morsányi has been head of the real estate experts’ activity since 2004 at MKB Bank Zrt., one of Hungary’s commercial banks with the most significant real estate portfolio. His responsibility is to lead the value assessment division, to keep contact with the bank’s external, contracted asset valuers, to assist preparing strategic decisions, to provide advice, to prepare market analyses. Besides obtaining a degree in civil engineering, he also obtained a graduate degree of MSc in Real Estate. The topic of his PhD research was retail property development. Member of RICS.
