She is also the TAS Cluster leader for the Central Cluster including Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Serbia. She is a seasoned corporate finance professional with extensive experience in the fields of M&A and Valuations. She has spent the last 20 years dealing in privatization, mergers, and acquisition from both buy side and sell side perspective. Margaret has broad experience in serving multinational and local companies in their investment and divestment strategy and the acquisition and sales process in various industries
