Viola Kiss

Viola Kiss after having degrees in teaching and economics she graduated HR management at Corvinus University. She has been working in HR for more than 25 years, in multinational corporate environments. During her 17 years at Tesco Global Zrt. she had been involved in designing and implementing HR processes in several specialist areas - training development, trainee programme development and recruitment & selection. Later as HR Manager in Head office, she supported a team of corporate managers in implementing HR processes and tools and standardize HR processes across Europe. After retail, she continued her career in Automotive industry, joining Kirchhoff Hungária Kft. in 2017 as HR Manager, where she has been managing HR and communication processes.
