Jaroslav is responsible for the delivery of valuation advice for a wide range of purposes to investment funds, banks, developers, owner-occupiers and private investors. He supplies advice to clients on strategy, the market, supply/demand issues as well as portfolio analysis, forecasting and due diligence for both purchase and sale. For owner-occupiers he provides asset valuations and views on alternative / best uses for their property. Jaroslav is leading a team of 5 valuers. Extensive experience in working within real estate in the CEE and SEE region, having previously worked for KNIGHT FRANK Prague and DTZ Budapest as regional transactions manager, managing several disposals of large property portfolios, including leaseback and strategic advice. Since 2008 Jaroslav is heading Valuation department at JLL Hungary and SEE for Real Estate across all segments, but especially logistics, office and retail. Main clients include NEPI Rockcastle, Revetas, CPI, CTP, W.P.Carrey, ProLogis, Goodman, WING Zrt., ECE, K&H bank, Hoffer, KH Bank, MKB bank, Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, WestImmo AG, HYPO NOE Gruppe Bank AG, Volksbank & Others.
Jaroslav holds an MSc of the Czech Technical University followed by a degree of Collage of Estate Management in reading, UK. He is a member and registered valuer of RICS and holds LEED Green Associate certification.
