Pál Szabó is Co-Head of the Budapest office of Bird & Bird, and head of the Corporate / M&A practice group. He has almost 20 years of experience in landmark M&A transactions and restructurings, as well as private equity and venture capital investments and joint ventures throughout Central and Eastern Europe and South-Eastern Europe. Considering that most of the transactions on which he advises have a cross-border dimension, Pál has extensive experience of dealing with the challenges presented by complex international projects, including solving complex legal issues and bridging cultural differences.
