Gábor Hollós focuses on mergers and acquisitions, advising both investors and targets and capital markets clients. Gábor has gained significant experience in almost every aspect of IPOs, and he has been involved in many major capital market transactions, as a lead advisor, in the past few years.

Gábor leads on key M&A transactions, both on buy and sale side of transactions, advising clients on every aspect of corporate law (incorporation, corporate governance, merger, de-merger, reorganizations, etc.), as well as on Hungarian aspects of global restructurings.

He also has a significant experience in labor law and commercial law matters.
