She has five years of experience in sustainability consultancy for the real estate industry and investment firms. Focusing on ESG strategies, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of their impact on business management and building performance. Currently, she is dedicated to ESG regulations such as SFDR, EU Taxonomy, and CSRD. Through her expertise, she assists financial market participants and advisors in navigating these regulations, meeting their requirements, improving and developing their ESG actions. Carolina also helps companies with the due diligence process with the objective of preparing their sustainability report.
