Anna Błaszczyk

Anna Błaszczyk has over 12 years of professional experience in providing legal services to investment funds, corporations, construction (residential) projects and the PRS market (institutional rental). She has been associated with PFR Nieruchomości since 2016, where she is in charge of the coordination of the company’s legal services, investment funds, over 60 special purpose vehicles, including the investment (construction) and corporate areas, and coordination of legal services for institutional rental arrangements involving portfolio companies. Moreover, within the organizational division headed by her, Ms Błaszczyk looks after the company’s proper operation in compliance with the applicable laws and internal regulations (Compliance Area). She is also responsible for ensuring the consistency of PFR Nieruchomości’s communication policy, conducting an effective HR policy, overseeing the provision of administrative services and managing safety and security at various levels, including occupational safety and health aspects and information security. She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, the University of Sheffield and the Center for European Legal Studies at the University of Cambridge.
