We will only admit our participants by presenting a valid ticket for the event, which will be sent by our system to the participant's email address provided during registration.

Net Média Zrt. reserves the right to change prices before the event.

Discounts for OFFLINE tickets:

• 20% discount for 5 or more registrations*
• 50 % discount  -  Startup tickets are available in limited numbers, to be allocated on a case-by-case basis to proptechs founded after 2017. Please send a brief introduction of the company to startup@porfolio.hu, along with the following data: company name, year founded, number of employees, sales revenue and activities. We will handle your data confidentially.*

*Above prices contain intermediate services (catering), to which we are not able to apply discounts. Discounts cannot be combined! In case of a group ticket purchase, Net Média Zrt. is only able to offer a discount if the same person orders and pays for the amount of tickets sufficient to warrant a group discount for the same event during one registration.

Offline fee includes: conference documentation, full lunch, coffee break and reception.

Our Digital Transformation 2022 conference will take place the day after the event at the Marriott Hotel, Budapest. Register for both and get our one-time 25.000 HUF discount: write the code FINKOMBDT25 in the comment field!

To claim the discount for both events you must have a completed and successfully confirmed registration. The amount of 25.000 HUF will be deducted from the participation fee of the second registration, if the code FINKOMBDT25 is entered in the comment field.

The discount is only available for on-site participation!  Discounts cannot be combined!

We will confirm your online registration in an email. (During registration, you will have to approve your personal data and the present Conditions.) Once you consent to the Registration, payment and cancellation conditions, we will send you a proforma invoice attached to the confirmation email based on the data provided during registration. Please pay this invoice within 8 working days following confirmation of your registration. Once payment is received, we will send you the invoice to the address given at registration.

Online registration constitutes an order. Prior payment of the attendance fee is a prerequisite for participating at the event. Once registration is finalised and submitted, we will not accept cancellations and will not refund the ticket. The attendance fee is to be paid even in case of non-attendance. Registration may be transferred after the full attendance fee is paid. As online registration constitutes an order, we will not accept complaints after the event, including citing the lack of transfer or failure to attend the event for any other reason. The full amount will be due nevertheless.

ATTENTION!

Net Média Zrt. reserves the right to change the date of the event. In case of a change in the event date, Net Média Zrt. will inform ticket holders in due time. Tickets already ordered and paid will be valid for the new date or, if that date is not convenient, may be transferred.

In case the event can not be held at the scheduled date due to legal or administrative restrictions or other circumstances beyond the control of either party, Net Média Zrt. will hold the conference online. The participation fee for the online conference is 40% of the price of the cancelled event on the same topic. Net Média shall refund any payments previously made in excess of this within 20 days of its announcement on cancelling the event.
Refunds beyond the above will not be offered even if the event date is changed or the conference is moved to online format.
