Sylwia Pędzińska

Sylwia Pędzińska is a Senior Partner at Colliers International and a Director of Workplace Innovation – a department responsible for creating workplace design strategies and advising on change management. Moreover, as a Partner, Sylwia co-creates strategies for Colliers International in Poland and supervises its implementation. Sylwia joined the company in 2004. She was responsible for operational part of the business. She assisted the Managing Partner, planned and supervised the work of the following teams: administration, human resources, IT, finance and accounting, and legal. One of Sylwia’s main tasks was the development of the company aimed at modern and innovative business. Operationally, she also supported the development of Colliers International offices in Polish regional cities.
