Nigel P. Williams

Royalton Partners is a Central European private equity advisor founded by Mr. Williams and two partners who have worked together since 1990. Royalton Partners manages the day-to-day investment operations of Royalton Capital Investors, a US Dollar 94.4 million private equity fund established to make investments in the EU accession countries of Central Europe. Prior to forming Royalton in 1996, Mr. Williams spent 5.5 years as CEO and a shareholder of the Creditanstalt Investment Company a.s., the fund management arm of the Creditanstalt Group in the Czech Republic, responsible for the management of the Czech Fund, a closed end investment company, quoted on the London Stock Exchange. From October 1990 to August 1991, Mr. Williams was an adviser to the board of Èeskoslovenská Obchodní Banka, a.s. From 1984 to October 1990, Mr. Williams was Managing Director of Williams, Cook, Lott and Kissack Ltd., a London gilt-edged broker of which he was a founding shareholder. Prior to 1994 he was an associate member at Grieveson Grant & Co. Mr. Williams serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Starman Cable TV in Estonia and mPunkt in Poland. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the Investec Global Strategy Fund and Lester Brewster Memorial Foundation. Mr. Williams has a BSc (Econ) degree in Monetary Economics from London School of Economics.
