I currently work in two positions as Head of Digital Office and Head of Master Data Maintenance. I came to the position of Head of the Digital Office in July 2019. The Digital Office deals with initiatives and projects related to digitization and process automation within TRS. Some of the important projects and initiatives are RPA, eInvoice, Business Process Transformation, Master data automation, etc. I came to the position of Head of Master Data Maintenance at the end of 2015, by centralizing the maintenance of key master data from INA, d.d. in TRS d.o.o. Prior to joining TRS d.o.o., I worked as a leading expert in ERP process management on improving the quality and standardization of master data through daily work and active participation in INA Group projects. I started my career in the INA Group in 2005, on the SAP system implementation project.
