Gergely Koós-Hutás

Gergely has joined Adventum Fund Management in Budapest as a Partner in 2020 focusing on fundraising, product structuring and investment management. He has gained transactional, investment and portfolio management experience across Europe at Top Tier Private Equity Real Estate companies in London over the past ten years. At Hudson Advisors (Lone Star Funds) he oversaw the portfolio management of some of the largest NPL portfolios of that time such as the Octopus Portfolio in Spain with over EUR 2 bn OPB. Between 2014 and 2018, Gergely managed Europa Capital Partners’ investments in Germany and France. In 2018, Gergely joined Round Hill Capital to head up the Asset Management of the Student Housing Platform managing a portfolio with a value of app. EUR 1 bn across Western Europe. Before moving to London in 2011, Gergely worked for First American Financial Corporation’s CEE headquarters (First Title CEE) in Budapest where he managed institutional investors from the DACH region investing in the CEE. He started his career at the Irish-Hungarian developer of Zala Springs Resort in Budapest. Gergely is the Founder of the Cass Real Estate Club and is fluent in English, German and Hungarian.
