Emmanuel Blouin is a Vice President in the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Group, based in London. In this position, Mr Blouin is involved in a variety of real estate investment and advisory situations accross Europe with a special focus on Central and Eastern Europe. In November 2005, he closed Morgan Stanley Real Estate's structured EUR30 million investment in Orco Property Group which constituted the bank's first transaction in Central Europe. He is also involved in the announced potential purchase of AM Development by MSREF for EUR479 million. Between 2000 and 2005, Mr Blouin worked in the London Real Estate Investment Banking group of JPMorgan where he was involved in the record-breaking purchase of 12 Plaza centres by Klépierre in Hungary for EUR283 million. The other major transactions he worked on include the EUR3.5bn France Telecom portfolio transactions, the EUR2.9bn Telecom Italia transactions, the EUR1.1 bn IIL-Bipielle Real Estate merger in Italy, the EUR300 million sale of EMGP in France and the EUR240 million BBVA/Metrovacesa transaction in Spain. Between 1995 and 2000, he worked for Paribas in Prague, Paris and London in the Corporate finance department. He graduated from HEC in Paris in 1995 with a major in Finance. Emmanuel Blouin is married and has two children.
