David Dušek is in charge of valuing real estate in UniCredit Bank in the Czech Republic and Slovakia across all segments. He is responsible for the work of internal and more than two hundred external evaluators. Within the framework of the Czech Banking Association he acts as Chairman of the Property Valuation Working Group. He also works with the University of Economics where he teaches market valuation and works as an expert assessor of a certification institute.
