Dario Maggiora

Dario is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Prague office and leader of the Insurance practice in Central Europe. He works exclusively in insurance and banking, serving clients across Europe and US for more than 15 years. Dario brings expertise in bancassurance – topic on which he co-leads the McKinsey global practice – and more broadly on P&C. He is focused in particular on technical excellence transformations – including claims, underwriting and pricing – and on business building initiatives, recently in the area of embedded insurance.
