Adam Hart

Adam Hart is Deputy Head of Corporate Finance and Head of Business Development at KBC Peel Hunt having joined them in 1993 from Lloyds Merchant Bank. Prior to this, following his obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Law, Mr. Hart qualified as chartered accountant with Touche Ross & Co (now Deloitte & Touche). Mr. Hart is responsible for over 25 of KBC Peel Hunt’s 126 clients which operate in a diverse range of sectors and which are traded on both The Official List of the UK Listing Authority and on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. He has been involved across the range of transactions undertaken by quoted companies such as IPOs, mergers & acquisitions and secondary fundraisings as well as private equity fundraisings. He is Chairman of the London Stock Exchange’s AIM Advisory Group which is made up of external practitioners who advise the Exchange on all matters affecting the operation and regulation of AIM and is a past member of the Corporate Finance Technical Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
