Noerr expands operations in Poland (x)

Radoslaw Biedecki, a corporate M&A lawyer with extensive experience in real estate and financial services sector, will join as a partner and new office head of Noerr’s Warsaw practice. Ludomir Biedecki, a capital markets and M&A lawyer with in-depth experience of advising on both debt and equity transactions, will also join as a partner and co-head of the Corporate M&A and Private Equity Practice in Warsaw. Witold Jurcewicz will join as of counsel and will concentrate on building up the arbitration practice in Warsaw.
