Zuzana Chudoba

Zuzana has founded her own company BTR Consulting Ltd in 2021. The company is focused on consulting for Build to Rent projects during the design and preparation stage and optimizing their income. The company also provides leasing and management of BTR projects. Prior to working in her own company, she worked for 13 years in YIT in different managerial positions both local and regional. She was a board member of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce during 2016–2018. Zuzana has been working in the real estate industry since 2003 when she worked for ORCO Prague or King Sturge
