Zoltán Lengyel

Zoltán Lengyel is the managing partner at Allen & Overy Budapest with more than 20 years of experience in business law. Zoltán specialises on M&A and capital markets transactions. He has extensive experience advising clients in various sectors, particularly financial institutions. Zoltán is a member of the Advisory Board of the Capital Markets Law Journal of Oxford University Press.
