Zoltán Kolodzey is a principal associate working in the corporate, M&A practice group of Oppenheim Law Firm. He studied and graduated in 2015 from Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem, Faculty of Law. Afterwards he started his career at a major Central and Eastern European law firm, where he was a member of the corporate / M&A practice group, and also spent a couple of months in the firm's Vienna office. He joined the M&A practice group Oppenheim in 2018 where he advises Hungarian and international clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions completed both in the form of share deals and asset deals. He has outstanding experience in relation to the services industry, targets operating in the IT industry and in respect of assisting private equity funds in the course of their investments. In addition to passing the bar exams, he also completed a postgraduate program of Pázmány Péter Catholic University in the field of competition law in 2021.
