Žofia is a Project Manager at Skanska Property Czech Republic and RICS Czech Republic board member. Shas 10 years of project and development management experience in preparation, design and construction of Office Developments and Multifunctional University Campus Facilities in the Czech Republic and Hungary. Zofia has been instrumental in implementing sustainable, innovative and efficient solutions in her building projects related to the construction process and its management as well as in relation to the end users of the buildings. Such solutions include the use of BIM 360 for process and health & safety management in construction, use of energy optimal technologies, implementation of smart systems for parking, security and building control, or state of the art Building Management Systems. Žofia has worked with renowned architectural practices locally and internationally to deliver award-winning sustainable and energy efficient projects.
