Waldemar Wasiluk

Waldemar has many years of operational and management experience. He has led various restructuring projects in the field of acquisitions and mergers in the Polish market and in Central and Eastern Europe. Most recently CEO of Green Venture, a Polish PE fund. Former CFO of the largest Polish spirits producer Stock Polska (formerly Polmos Lublin). Among other things, he managed the privatisation process (acquisition of Polmos from the Polish government) and guided the company through its IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2005. Prior to that, he worked for the Żywiec Group, a subsidiary of Heineken in Poland. He also spent 5 years at Coca-Cola Poland. A graduate of the prestigious INSEAD university in Fontainebleau near Paris and Nottingham Trent University in the UK, he also graduated from the Maritime University of Szczecin.
