  Vitalii has a 20-year of experience in the real estate market, from concept ideas to project implementation and management. His portfolio includes over 1000 consulting and 100 commissioned projects in the retail, office, mixed-use, residential, transport, and hospitality sectors. Project geography covers the entire territory of the CIS countries, Cyprus, and the Baltic countries. Vitalii is the author of ambitious commercial projects such as Ocean Plaza, Lavina Mall, Ocean Mall, and Blockbuster Mall, with a total GLA of over 1,000,000 sqm. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he has been a military man at the National Guard of Ukraine.
