Viktor Várkonyi

Viktor Várkonyi (born 1967) is Chief Executive Officer of GRAPHISOFT, based in Hungary. In this role, he is responsible for the global business operations of GRAPHISOFT. In addition, as a member of the Executive Board of the Nemetschek SE, Viktor provides strategic leadership to all BIM activities, positioning the Group as a market leader in improving advanced AEC workflows. Viktor has 20 years of experience in the IT industry and is specialized in developing BIM solutions for the AEC industry. Over the past 15 years he has held various executive positions including the leadership of GRAPHISOFT's product development. He was named CEO of GRAPHISOFT in January 2009 and Member of the Executive Board of the Nemetschek Group in November 2013. Viktor graduated as an electrical engineer and holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Budapest University of Technology as well as an Executive MBA from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management.
