Viktor Göndöcs has been working in the field of human resource management for over 17 years, more than a decade of which he spent at multinational companies. As an economist by training, he has gained extensive experience in various areas of HR, including temporary staffing and recruitment, the labor market integration of guest workers, student employment organization, as well as HR analytics and outsourcing.
His primary goal is to establish strategic HR partnerships and consultative collaborations that contribute to improving corporate efficiency. His work also involves supporting sales processes and driving digital developments. His professional focus is built on four key areas: maintaining high-level relationships with partners, colleagues, and candidates, as well as continuously improving organizational processes.
