Zsolt Veres

Zsolt Veres graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Budapest University of Technology and after graduating from the College of Foreign Trade, he continued his MBA studies at the SDA Bocconi University in Milan. He started his career at IBM, then worked at SAP Hungary and Oracle, before joining Schneider Electric as Country Director in October 2016. At Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, he manages the company's Hungarian sales and service activities and oversees the operations of its Hungarian factories, service centres and logistics centre. Since his arrival, Schneider Electric has achieved continuous above-market growth, expanded its product portfolio, made significant progress in its commercial policy in Hungary and in the digitalisation of the energy sector. In 2013, he won the "Most Successful ICT Manager of the Year" award.
