Vedrana Likan

In the last quarter of 2006, Vedrana joined Colliers International Croatia, a global leading consultancy company providing comprehensive investment and real estate advisory services which foundation and success lays in strength and professionalism of its local specialists. Shortly upon joining the team, she showed experience in project and team management taking over key clients and handling multiple assignments with success and dedication. Her main responsibilities as a Managing Director for Croatia, Slovenia and BiH are business management and the operational leadership. Together with the middle-management team, Vedrana defines and develops a strategic plan for the company’s sustainable growth. Her accomplishments reflect mostly in maintaining a continuous business expansion while retaining company’s leading position on the market. Her previous working experience is in the field of communication management – marketing and public relations. She worked as an active management board member in charge of business and team development, project management, client service and crisis management. By covering several fields of work, she developed expertise in developing advanced and creative business concepts and strategies as a practice in a multi-tiered company environment. From the beginning of her working career she was involved in the new business developments all over Region including new market Research and Development, Branch set up, Team recruitment, Education and Integration. Before joining Colliers International she was on the position of Client Service Director and PR Director in Ogilvy&Mather (2003 – 2006).
