Uros Vukomanovic MRICS

Uros has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and joined Soravia in 2018 as Managing Director of Soravia Management
Serbia. Prior to joining Soravia, he worked at Colliers International as the General Manager responsible for several countries in the SEE region. Uros also worked at UniCredit Bank, as a relationship manager in the project financing department, as well as a valuation specialist in the collateral management department. Prior to joining UniCredit Bank, he has worked as a Financial Analyst at Balkans Real Estate and as a Research Analyst at King Sturge, respectively. Throughout his real estate career, Uros has been involved in many major real estate projects in the region, from the aspects of financing, valuation, leasing, sales, etc. Uros holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnical Institute and State University. He is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, as well as a licensed broker and valuer in Serbia.
