Ulf Pleschiutschnig

Ulf Pleschiutschnig is a Managing Director and Co-Head Europe Investments with MSREI, the real estate investing platform of Morgan Stanley. Ulf is European portfolio manager of the MS Real Estate Special Situations Fund III and a member of the European acquisitions team with a special focus on Germany and CEE. He has served and serves on committees and boards for several public and private property companies in Europe. Ulf holds a degree in chemical engineering from TUG, Austria, and earned a PhD in finance "with highest distinction" from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
