Graduated at the Eötvös Loránd University as a geographer. He is a research fellow at the Institute of World Economics, Centre for Economic and Regional Studies of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. To his areas of research belong various aspects of the modernization and global economic integration of the Central European countries, as well as the global value chains of the transnational companies in particular the automotive industry. He has published numerous journal articles and book chapters in these areas.
