Tudor Ionescu

Tudor Ionescu is a Senior Workplace Adviser for Romania working in the Bucharest office of CBRE. Tudor is an architect working in the design and construction sector for more than 15 years as a Senior Architect, Main Architect, Interior Designer or Workplace Consultant. His experience comes from design works for Hotels, Office Fit-outs, Residential, Retail and Hospitality and his involvement started from the concept stages, thru architectural technical design, building permitting and site overseeing. Tudor has graduated as M. Arch at the “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urbanism - Bucharest in 2002, he is a member of OAR - Romanian Architecture Order. Tudor, who joined the CBRE team in Romania in 2017, is responsible for the complete range of services developed around the Workplace Consultancy department: workplace strategy, change management and occupancy management. His role is to identify a company’s own culture and to create the perfect frame for its office development according to their managers vision.
