Tomáš Ctibor FRICS, CRE

Tomáš is the founder of the newly created platform, focused on planning, transformation and development of cities. 
4ct provides innovative and top-quality services for both public and private sector. 
He is a long-time member of international organizations such as CRE (Counselors of Real Estate) and RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).  
 
He is currently engaged in transformation planning of several major areas in Prague, Brno and other cities in the Czech Republic.  Within 4ct, Tomáš and his colleagues are closely involved with spatial analyses, urban data-driven systems and their respective effective utilization for transformation and development of urban habitats, including mediation and coordination of related processes. Also devoted to tuition and research in the field of city development, Tomáš teaches and participates in research at the Faculties of Architecture at the CTU and VUT.
