Tim Davies

Tim provides detailed property advice in connection with the sale, acquisition and letting of business space, concentrating in the South West of England. In his role Tim gives strategic advice for various clients including large multi nationals, investment funds and major development companies. With over 25 years experience Tim has an intimate knowledge of the industrial property market in the South West and has been involved in many projects dealing with the identification of development opportunities, subsequent land acquisitions, scheme design, investment funding and property disposal. More recently he has been appointed as the Colliers Head of the Industrial & Logistics team for Europe, Middle East and Africa, co-ordinating the efforts of colleagues across 20 different countries. Tim also heads up the Colliers Bristol Office managing a team of 50 surveyors covering 16 different disciplines.
