Péter Tilesch

Peter Tilesch has been leading the department responsible for licensing, supervising and price regulation of the electrical power industry sector at the Authority since 2011. He gained broad domestic and international experience at different areas of this sector. He worked in several countries of the Middle-East executing transformer substation projects and was engaged in export sales activities. Among other positions he was Sales Support Area Manager at GE Hungary Ltd. selling aeroderivative gas turbine power plant packages, Sales- and Project Execution Director at VÁV UNION Ltd., Division Manager at Schneider Electric Hungary Ltd. responsible for sales of low- and medium voltage distribution products and projects. He dealt with photovoltaic system sales and project execution as well. His main tasks at the Authority are to manage successfully the licensing and other official tasks of his department and to participate in forming of the regulation of the Hungarian electrical power system.
