Pál-Levente Tibori graduated as Engineer in Germany. Since 2015 he holds an MBA degree in Automotive Industry from TU Wien. He begun his career as Technical Manager at Besista Rod Systems 21 years ago. Levente joined the predecessor of Motherson Group in 2002 as Lead Engineer and later he continued as Engineering Manager. From 2011 he was the Managing Director of SMR Hungary and since 2014 holds a regional position at SMR as Executive Vice President of East Europe and Germany.
